Private Video Surveillance Camera Registration

Do you have outside security cameras at your home or business?  If so, would you like to potentially help solve crime or help locate a missing person in your area?  If the answer is yes, then you can fill out the above form to register your cameras with us.  In case there is crime or other public safety concerns in your area, and it is determined your camera system may benefit an investigation, an officer will contact you to see if your cameras contain any footage that can assist us.  You can view your camera footage and let us know if there is something that will help us.  If there is we may ask you to further assist us with obtaining that information.  We will not personally access your camera system unless you want us to do so.  In the past several residents have helped us with criminal investigations.  If you have any further questions or concerns on this topic, please call us or email Chief Alan Hucke at: ahucke@millstadtpolice.org.
