Department Receives Recognition for Policy Excellence

The Millstadt Police Department utilizes the company Lexipol to mange our department policy. Through Lexipol, policies are updated in a timely manner consistent with fluid law changes, both state and federal. Additionally, officers take Daily Training Bulletins whereby they are familiarized with department policy.

We know policy is a big part of the equation as the Millstadt Police Department strives to meet high standards of professionalism and service for the Village of Millstadt community. Based on five key metrics, the Lexipol Connect program has recognized us for excellence in policy maintenance and training. For the year 2022, we have achieved the Gold Level standard!
