The Zoning Board is comprised of a 7 person board. The Zoning Board Members are:

Village Zoning Board Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month. The Zoning Board discusses and votes on various zoning issues such as:

(1) Interpretation of Ordinances;
(2) Variances;
(3) Special-Use Permits;
(4) Amendments.

To have one of the 4 listed items placed on the Zoning agenda; it must be submitted to the Building Commissioner for approval by the 20th of the month and then submitted to the Village Office by the Building Commissioner no later than 5 p.m. on the last working day of the prior month to be eligible for the following month’s Zoning Board meeting to be eligible for that month’s Zoning Board meeting. When there are no items on the agenda for a monthly meeting, the Zoning Board may opt to not hold a meeting.
